Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Email support@lullapaws.shop with your order number and a few words about what didn't work. No lengthy forms, no interrogation.

Refunds: Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery — we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full, your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
