Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on all US orders.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time: Standard US delivery: 7–12 business days after processing. During peak seasons delivery may take a few days longer.

Tracking: Every order ships with full tracking. If tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, contact us at support@lullapaws.shop and we'll investigate immediately.

Wrong address: Double-check your address at checkout. Notice a mistake? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before shipment.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us with your order number — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. You are always covered.
